Welcome to a magnificent archipelago destination where a peaceful environment meets breathtaking nature! Sandöland spans 42 hectares, featuring a unique 14-hectare inland lake fed by springs. The area offers 9 waterfront plots: 5 on the sea facing west and 4 by the lake facing south.

Sandöland includes a sheltered marina with two boat slips allocated for each plot. Our marina has a depth of over 4 meters, accommodating even larger boats. For an active lifestyle, the area boasts an outdoor gym, a beach volleyball court, and excellent opportunities for cycling and jogging.
